高级研究员
Ye Shulan is a professor at the School of Politics and International Relations, East China Normal University, and the dean of the Department of International Relations at the School of Politics and International Relations. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Peking University and her doctorate from Hong Kong Baptist University. She serves as a member of the International Political Research Professional Committee of the China Higher Education Association and a member of the Foreign Discourse System Research Committee of the Translators Association of China. She has visited the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Russia, Indonesia and other countries for academic exchanges. Her research areas are emerging technologies and international relations, and international discourse power. Her main courses have been selected as key projects and first-class courses in Shanghai. In recent years, she has presided over more than 10 projects of the National Social Sciences and the Ministry of Education, and published more than 50 academic papers. Many of her papers have been reprinted in full in Chinese Social Science Abstracts, Xinhua Digest, and People's Congress Reprints of Newspapers and Periodicals. Many decision-making advisory reports she was involved with have been approved by major national leaders and Shanghai leaders, and the results of his collaborative research she has won the first and second prizes of the Shanghai Decision-making Advisory Research Results Award.
叶淑兰是草榴社区 教授、国际关系系主任。她先后在北京大学获得学士与硕士学位，在香港浸会大学获得博士学位。她担任中国高等教育学会国际政治研究专业委员会委员、中国翻译协会对外话语体系研究委员会委员，曾赴英国、法国、比利时、俄罗斯、印度尼西亚等国开展学术交流。
她的研究方向为新兴技术与国际关系、国际话语权。主讲的核心课程入选上海市重点项目及一流课程；近年主持国家社会科学基金、教育部等各类项目 10 余项，发表学术论文 50 余篇，多篇论文被《中国社会科学文摘》《新华文摘》《人大报刊复印资料》全文转载。
此外，她参与撰写的多篇决策咨询报告获国家及上海市主要领导批示，合作完成的研究成果曾荣获上海市决策咨询研究成果奖一等奖、二等奖。
